All you can eat buffets are as popular in Las Vegas as are the casinos and shows.
While buffets at the famous hotels and resorts of Las Vegas remain the most sought-after, there are other all you can eat restaurants around the city that serve a feast fit for royalty.
Japanese cuisine, especially all you can eat sushi restaurants are especially well-liked.
This is thanks to the high-quality seasonal ingredients, highly skilled sushi chefs and an extensive menu of sushi available in the city.
You can find a Japanese restaurant with all you can eat sushi menu all over town including the famed Las Vegas strip.
Considering there are so many of them and all loved by locals and tourists alike, I went on a quest to find the best sushi restaurants in Las Vegas.
This is my list of simply the best all you can eat sushi in Las Vegas.
Japanese Restaurants Serving the Best All You Can Eat Sushi in Las Vegas
Before you get into my list of the best places in Las Vegas for all you can eat sushi, there are a few things to keep in mind.
First, most Japanese restaurants that have an All You Can Eat (AYCE) option, will have a standard à la carte menu as well.
When you check the menu in these restaurants, look for the AYCE items. That’s the all you can eat sushi option and its pricing.
Second, some restaurants have a time limit on how long you can sit at the table relishing the AYCE menu items. This is usually 90 minutes but can vary as per the restaurant.
Finally, since AYCE sushi restaurants usually roll the sushi of your choice fresh as per order, typically they have a limit on the number of sushi rolls served at a time. Do check with them in advance before ordering.
You can also enquire about their happy hour or any other special offers available before finalizing on the sushi restaurant.
Now, it’s time to start with our list of the best AYCE sushi restaurants in Las Vegas.

Koi and Nobu are where you need to go to taste some of the finest quality fresh fish sushi in Vegas. These are the type of restaurants where you can get gourmet dishes that are culinary masterpieces with their take on bluefin tuna or foie gras but at a high price.
However, for all you can eat sushi or a traditional Vegas style buffet, you need to reserve a table at Bacchanal Buffet.
While the price is quite obviously much higher than other AYCE sushi restaurants, the food quality and variety of sushi is simply unbeatable. Great ambience, great service and the perfect place to taste the best of Japanese food.

Sapporo Revolving Sushi has four locations in Las Vegas. We are talking about the one at Spring Mountain Road, about 2 miles from The Strip.
Note that Sapporo Revolving Sushi has the concept of the unlimited sushi belt rather than your standard AYCE sushi menu.
What this means, is that fresh sushi rolls are made and plates are put on a conveyor belt that goes around all tables.
If you like something, you can pick it up and place on your dining table. Their sensor picks up the number of plates you have taken during your meal and bills you accordingly.
Each plate on average is about US $2.75. So, ask yourself how much sushi can you have? Typically, AYCE sushi restaurants in Las Vegas charge between US $21 to US 26+ for lunch and US $26 to $30+ for dinner. Accordingly, you can understand if revolving sushi or AYCE sushi is better value for you.

There are excellent Japanese lunch boxes which are quite a meal in themselves. However, their AYCE sushi menu is superb with a number of special AYCE only items that I love.
You have your raw fish sushi rolls, cooked fish rolls, speciality rolls and Vegas specials. You even get a seafood platter in the AYCE menu.
Portions are generous and vegetarians will enjoy at the restaurant as well with their vegan specials.
